→ Self

→ Other

→ Systems

In terms of your behaviour, your emotions, your cognition.

In terms of interpersonal dynamics, i.e. social interaction. 

In terms of the ability to understand the complexity of a system.

Three questions that come to mind spontaneously:

→ Which leadership behaviour have I long wanted to stop?

→ Which working relationship do I urgently need to improve?

→ Which complex part of my work area do I want to penetrate even more?
