Worried, that you are not the born leader?

👉 Lack of charisma, you think.

👉 Lack of „the right“ talents, someone says.

👉 Lack of some „secret ingredients“, say some so-called „experts“.

Don't worry about it.

There are millions of crappy leadership books out there.

They offer no added value.

My crystal-clear opinion:

These people just want to sell their stuff.

They don't really want to help you.

And if they do, they don't think about leadership systemically.

It's not about ‘do this’ or ‘do that’.

Because:

You are part of a system.

You act as part of this system.

This makes it complex and complicated at the same time.

We design the complex environment in which executives & leaders operate on a daily basis. Complexity does not need to be reduced. Rather, it needs to be clarified and understood. That's what we love to do. As sparring partner.
